How to Purchase

When you have found a piece of art you would like to purchase, simply click the 'Add to Basket' button under the image to link to an easy online shopping form. When you are done shopping, click on the Checkout Button.

Wishlists

If you are a registered user of the site, you may add artwork to your wishlist that you like and may consider buying. The piece is still available to view and purchase by other visitors, but we will contact you regarding special offers, new work listed by the artist(s) you’ve chosen, or if an item from your wishlist is sold.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Paypal

How can I be sure ordering online is secure?

Our payment system is hosted by Paypal Merchant Services, using encryption technology and secure servers. Your information is never made available to any third parties.

When will my credit card be charged?

We will not charge your credit card or process your payment until your artwork has been shipped.

May I order offline instead?

Please contact us via email for offline ordering instructions.

Will I have to pay taxes or import duties?

We do not collect any sales taxes or duties in Ireland, and in the vast majority of cases none will be due. However, it is possible that your city or state may impose a tax or require you to declare an artwork for tax, and this is up to you.

How are prices set?

Prices are set by the artists themselves.

Will my artwork be available right away?

Yes. However, on rare occasions, a painting may be unavailable for immediate delivery (when on temporary loan to an exhibition, for example). There’s also a chance that in between the display of an artwork on our site and your decision to purchase it, the piece may have been sold by the artist. We have a policy of delisting work sold elsewhere promptly in order to negate this issue.

What if I don't like it? May I return it?

Yes. If, for any reason, you decide not to keep your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or full refund of the cost of the artwork. Artwork must be returned within 7 days of receipt.

We require that artwork be returned in its original condition, and in its original packaging to ensure safe shipment. Please contact us to inform us if you are returning work.

What if I cancel my order before I receive it?

Please notify us immediately of your decision via e-mail. You will be responsible for charges incurred for shipping. At your instruction, we will either refund the purchase price to your credit card account, or apply the credit to your next purchase.

Protecting your privacy

The information you provide will be kept confidential and only used to support your customer relationship with us in terms of allowing you to find information quickly on the site, make it easy to order, and alert you to special offers, updated information, and new products and services. We do not share your personal information with any third party and we do not hold any financial data on you.
